I know some may laugh at me or others might say from what planet did I come from and that I have come across Flickr just now? Well FOI, Flickr is blocked here in the UAE, and I have been here for what, almost a year already? For what reason people here blocked it, don’t ask me. But, as part of my discovery, I also learned of a way how to bypass the block they implement on Flickr.
Firstly, you have to use Mozilla Firefox. I know almost everyone of you knows about Firefox and its superiority over the Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you don’t know where to get Firefox, get it here:
Now, after installing Firefox, you must install an extension called Access Flickr. This extension will enable Firefox to bypass the block enabled by countries like Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia and China. It was written by Hamed Saber. Don’t now where to get Access Flickr, get it here:
